• Putin can not serve another term or be re-elected

• United Russia: Main political party is called the united Russia

• Russian Military: Countries are afraid to attack Russia because of Putin and his weapons
• Putin is a very strong leader and one he went into office he made his military strong
• Putin put his military to have a tough impression on his people

• Brazil has a federal republic
• 4 year terms
• re-elected two times in a row
• elected any number of times with different president in between
• Dilma Rousseff was elected in 2011
• First female president of Brazil
• 51% of votes
• This will be her last term but she can come back four years after her second term ends
•  Arrested in 1970 
• Back then the military made dictatorship decisions 
• She is in very little danger of being impeached
