Population Pyramids

Today in class we watched a video about population and the population pyramid of different countries in the world. We had a discussion after the video and looked at what population pyramids meant. Mr. Schick talked about he was born in the baby boom and where his generation was on the United States population pyramid. Most of the pyramids were thin at the top, thick and the middle, and a little bit thinner at the bottom. The last thing we talked about is the three different eras which are pre- industrialization, industrialization, and post- industrialization.
